3 Tips to save your printer ink

Printer ink is a consumable which cost much, so do we have some ideas to save it when printing? Here,Inkoffice got some ideas for you.

1. Stay away from the print button
The advantage of your own printer is that your photoes and documents are safely stored on your computer's hard disk. If you're smart, you have to use backup program automatically records all the data on that hard disk. Many of us automatically print out a document after it is completed. Wait until you really need it, whether it is a photo, report or email. I do this and find that often I never really need a printed copy. And, if you work at home do the reports, e-mail to your work address as an attachment and use the printer at your job, rather than your home printer.

2. Use print preview
It's tempting to print out test copies of formal documents just to make sure everything looks very attractive in the finished version. Many programs provide a "print preview" option. This shows the appearance of each printed page. Use that feature, you can carefully check the appearance of the document instead of printing a test version.

3. Check for mistakes before you print
How many times have you printed out a long document, only to find it need to be printed again because of the poor choice of words, misspelled words and grammatical errors? I've written professionally since I was 21 years old and yet it happens to me. So take time to proofread your work once, let it sit for a spell and do it again before hitting the print button.
Above are my personal experience, I think they are helpful saving the printer ink in certain way, have a try!
